Who we are...

Homes For All Seasons is the area's largest custom home designer/builder.  We offer stick-built custom home services to Alpine Lake and all of Preston County, West Virginia.  Each of our homes is individually designed and built to the specifications of its owners.

Chas Minor, President and a resident of Alpine Lake since 1988, has nearly forty years of experience in home construction.   This experience has led to an understanding of the needs of today's home buyers and allows him to work directly with each client in designing and building a unique, attractive home that suits their budget, tastes, and needs.

In a world of subcontractors, Homes For All Seasons is one of the few true homebuilders.  Nearly all of the work is performed by our own experienced, well-trained crews.  The average length of service for all of our employees is over six years.  We use different crews for each phase of construction - each trained to do that one job.  We don't expect a plumber to know how to paint, or a painter to know how to frame.  By doing the work ourselves and having specially trained people to do it, we maintain consistent high quality.
